The ninth year of Downtown Longmont’s Winter Passport opens on Saturday, November 7 and runs through January 3. Pick up a passport at a participating downtown business, collect a sticker with each purchase, and turn in each full sheet of 10 at the St. Stephen’s Plaza, High Country Bank or Downtown Longmont office drop boxes for periodic drawings of gift cards and prizes; the first drawing is the week of November 9.
