Moxie mills locally and regionally sourced grains for its long-fermented breads, pastries and other baked goods, and also has shops in Louisville, North Boulder and Lyons. The Longmont café gives its style a Parisian twist to suit Cheese Importers, and the outdoor patio invites a croissant and café au lait, or a fresh loaf with charcuterie and cheese.
