The Post's Longmont outpost pairs the company's own award-winning beers with hot fried chicken in a former Pizza Hut building that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
The Post brews its own beer and serves fried chicken with vegetarian and seafood dishes, salads and seasonal sides, with a kids’ menu too. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday 10 am–3 pm. Happy hour is 2–6 pm Monday and Wednesday to Friday, and all night from 2 pm on Tuesdays; dine-in, takeout and catering are offered.
