Dickens Farm Nature Area

A 52-acre nature area on St. Vrain Creek just east of Main Street with a nature playground, a beginner bike skills trail and a free float course for tubes and paddleboards.

The 52-acre site along St. Vrain Creek is a trailhead for the St. Vrain Greenway, with an accessible nature playground, a beginner bike skills trail, slower-moving water play areas and several shelters. A free float course runs from a put-in at Main Street to a takeout east of Martin Street (about 0.6 miles) or the 119th Street trailhead (about 1.5 miles) for tubes, kayaks, paddleboards and small non-motorized boats; bring your own craft, and creek use is at your own risk. Parking is off Boston Avenue.
