Pella Crossing
Boulder County open space of fishing ponds and easy trails on a reclaimed gravel mine where the old Overland Trail crossed St. Vrain Creek.
Trails include the Braly Trails (1.8 miles, easy) and Marlatt Trails (1.1 miles, easy). Fishing is allowed at five ponds with artificial flies and lures only; portable boats and float tubes are allowed only while fishing, and swimming and wading are not allowed. Pets must be on leash and bikes stay on designated trails. The trailhead has 28 parking spots, a restroom, a 20-person group shelter and horse-trailer parking.
