Roosevelt Community Park

Longmont's oldest community park, three city blocks with a rose garden, a seasonal wading pool, a playground and a pavilion that becomes an ice rink in winter.

One of the original parks planned by the Chicago-Colorado Colony, it covers three city blocks and holds the Senior Center and St. Vrain Memorial Building. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor activity and wading pool, a rose garden, a playground, picnic areas with grills and public art. The pavilion hosts concerts and events, can be rented, and holds an ice rink in winter; a stone shelter can be reserved May through the end of September.
