Sandstone Ranch Community Park & Nature Area

A 313-acre park and nature area east of town with ball fields, a skate park, an adventure playground and a visitor center in a historic house.

The 313-acre site is both a community park and a nature area: a four-plex ball field complex sits on the west side, and sports fields, a skate park, an adventure playground and a group picnic shelter on the east. The Visitors & Learning Center, in a historic house, offers rentals and free programs. Listed amenities include a fishing pond, a spray water feature, sand volleyball and paved and gravel trails, and three shelters can be reserved online or by phone.
